Ready to elevate your brass performance skills? Cabs trumpet player and visual staff member Mark Fisher is ready to help! Mark is hosting a FREE weekly brass clinic series to help high brass players increase their range, particularly to prepare for the rigors of lead trumpet performance in drum corps.
Mark writes, “Even if you do not play trumpet, the idea is to encourage trumpet players in the bands you are playing with/teaching this fall to stop in, pick up some tips and hopefully get engaged enough to want to march a season with the Caballeros.”

About Mark Fisher
Mark has a wealth of brass and drum corps experience under his belt, most recently as a visual educator and lead trumpet marching member for the 2022 Caballeros season. A former hornline captain, Mark also marched trumpet with the Caballeros for the 2007, 2015, 2016 and 2017 seasons. Aside from his DCA experience, he has marched DCI with the Cadets as well as the Boston Crusaders.
Over the years he has taught several high school marching bands, most notably with the role of Visual Caption Head for North Plainfield and Elizabeth high schools. Outside of the drum corps world, Mark is employed as a software engineer and enjoys several hobbies such as sports, kayaking, hiking and everything else outdoors.
