Any member of the Hawthorne Caballeros is to get prior approval to appear on Social Media, Media, or other video, print or audio platforms unless the appearance is with the DCI media group or Caballeros media team. This approval can be done by submitting the Media Approval Form found on the corps website. The Executive Administration will review and respond within one week during the regular season, and within two weeks during preseason.

All members are reminded that the Executive Administrators are the only people authorized to speak on behalf of the Drum Corps. In most cases, that would defer to the General Manager
or their designee.

The policy is meant to ensure that the proper message is sent and that information is released to correspond with our marketing team. We also want to make sure that members don’t
unknowingly release proprietary information to other competing corps.
