Williamsport, PA Recap: Caballeros Win Best Color Guard, DCA Makes Announcement
Fun fact, did you know that approximately well over 20 Caballero members have come Williamsport-area since 2011? From August 12th through the 14th, the Caballeros setup camp in Williamsport, where the corps co-hosted the Marching Millionaires DCA Invitational with the WAHS Band Parents Association. Upon arriving, the weather report was severe, but in typical Caballero fashion, the corps pressed on!
The Cabs made use of the amazing facilities that the Williamsport Area HS Band Parent Association provided on Saturday (and Sunday).
At the conclusion of practice and the start of the show, the weather took a turn for the worse and caused a rain delay. Credit to Chris Bird for producing and sharing this time lapse video on Facebook:
Despite the crazy weather, every corps was able to perform. The Caballeros took second place with a score of 89.10, winning best color guard.
